Traci is a teacher in training of relational somatic healing. Her approach is holistic and transpersonal, meaning she looks at and works with all aspects of your being – mind, body, soul, and spirit. She has had a lot of somatic training and mentoring in the Hakomi tradition, which is an experiential and mindfulness-based, body-centered approach to therapy. Her touch therapy work blends together craniosacral work, soul retrieval, past-life regression, intuitive reading, somatic body work, and energy medicine all into one. She practices relational somatic healing, and is also a Reiki practitioner.

Lu is a teacher in training of Relational Somatic Healing. She earned a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in 2008 and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2019. Her area of specialization is Holistic Somatic Psychology. This means that she acknowledges that the mind, body, and spirit are impacted by our life experiences and that all of these aspects of ourselves must be engaged in the healing process. Through this work, she has found that she’s most passionate about supporting people with owning their power and creating the life they desire. People who work with her say that she is down to earth, nonjudgmental, and warm. When she’s not seeing clients, you’ll find her working on her new podcast, cooking, dancing, or painting.
