A two-day Relational and Somatic grief workshop.
This is an experiential learning environment. Throughout the weekend we will tend to the grief that lives within you and within the community container. We will engage grief through ritual, embodiment, expression and relational connection, experientially understanding its own capacity for transformation.
In this workshop you will learn:
-
The various types of grief.
-
Why it’s important to honor what is lost.
-
How relational developmental trauma impacts grief.
-
Your own relationship to grief and how this shows up in the relationship with another’s grief.
-
How to be with a client’s grief the RSH way.
We will gather and learn through didactic work, conversation, experiential and mindful practices.
